| Error | Description |

| There is a trip in progress for this license plate | A trip cannot be started using a vehicle that has a trip still in progress. The vehicle must be changed or the current trip must be canceled, using the sgrCancelTrip or sgrFinishTrip method. |
| Could not start AE | This error may be caused by an incorrect parameter, the field to be corrected will be indicated in the returnDataset property. This means you need to check the parameters and run the method again. It may also indicate a timeout or a dropped connection to the database. It is necessary to pass on the data entered, as well as the name of the method, the time of issue and the customer code to the e-mail: [email protected] so that the error can be validated. |
| Trip not found | The boarding authorization could not be found. You need to check the AE number and try again. |
