Driver change
List of errors that can occur in the methods that change the driver in an AE.
Code | Error Description | Resolution |

2 | User does not have permission to make changes to the trip entered. | The parameters must be entered correctly in order to make the change. Check that the customer code and AE number are correct. |
The CPF of the current driver of the trip is incorrect. The CPF of the current driver does not match the CPF associated with the trip. If you don't have this information, you can use the sgrListaAEporData method. | ||
4 | The documents entered are the same. | To change the driver, you must enter a different driver from the current one. |
5 | The new driver is not registered. | The driver's CPF was not found in the system. The driver's CPF has not been found in the system. The driver must be registered by following the steps in CONSULT AND REGISTER DRIVER. |
6 | The trip entered is canceled. | It is not possible to change the driver of a canceled trip; another AE must be selected. |
7 | The reported trip is completed. | It is not possible to change the driver of a completed trip, you must select another AE |
8 | Driver not released. GR rule requires released registration. Current situation: [awaiting search / in search / not indicated / cancelled / awaiting contact / expired / no search / expired driver's license] | Driver's professional profile is not authorized for the trip. You must select another driver for the exchange, or check the status of their registration profile using the sgrConsultaPF or Clipas NET method, and if necessary request a profile search. |
9 | Error when creating the driver exchange instruction. | The data entered should be checked and tried again. If the problem persists, pass on the parameters, along with the issue time and customer code to the e-mail address: [email protected] to validate the error. |

3 14 | The new driver's CPF is incorrect. | The new driver's CPF was not found in the system. You should check the status of the registration by following the steps in the CONSULTATION AND REGISTRATION OF DRIVERS. |
