Trip completion
List of errors that can occur in the trip completion command.

1 | It was not possible to update the trip completion fields. | These errors can be caused by an incorrect parameter, the field to be corrected will be indicated in the returnDataset property. This means you need to check the parameters and run the method again. They can also indicate that there has been a timeout or that the connection to the database has crashed. It is necessary to pass on the data entered, as well as the method name, issue time and customer code to the following e-mail address: [email protected] so that the error can be validated. |
3 | The monitoring fields could not be updated. | |
4 | Unable to finish monitoring this trip. | |
6 | Unable to update monitoring with new trip information. | |
7 | End of trip event could not be recorded. | |
11 | Client does not authorize the end of the trip if there are documents to be downloaded. | In the rule configured for the client, it is not possible to end the trip while there are outstanding documents. The documents must be downloaded. If you need to change the rule, you must ask your account manager. |
