List of errors that may occur when registering a professional.

Code	Error Description	Resolution
-36	Unable to register professional profile. Try again	This error may be caused by an incorrect parameter, the field to be corrected will be indicated in the returnDataset property. You should check the parameters and run the method again. The error may also have been caused by a timeout or dropped connection. In this case, you should send the parameters, along with the issue time and customer code, to the following e-mail address: [email protected] so that the error can be validated.
-37	It is mandatory to enter the CGC/CPF	The CGC/CPF field must not be left blank. A valid number must be entered.
-38	ID required	ID field cannot be blank. A valid number must be entered.
-39	It is mandatory to enter the State	The State field has not been assigned a valid value. The CNH's issuing state code must be entered. To check the code, you can use the sgrListaUF method.
-40	It is mandatory to inform the CNH Category	The CNH category must be filled in.
-41	Name must be entered	The professional's full name must be entered.
-42	It is mandatory to enter the Mother's Name	The professional's mother's name must be filled in.
-43	You must enter the Place of Birth	The Place of Birth field received an invalid value. The field must be filled in with the code of the desired city returned by the sgrListCities method.
-44	It is mandatory to enter the street address	The professional's street name must be entered.
-45	You must enter the Neighborhood	You must enter the professional's neighborhood.
-46	It is mandatory to inform the residence number	You must fill in the professional's residence number.
-47	You must enter the City	You must enter the professional's city of residence, with the desired city code returned by the sgrListCities method.
-48	Telephone number must be entered	The professional's main telephone number must be entered.
-57	It is mandatory to enter the driver's license registration number	The field referring to the driver's license registration cannot be left blank. The professional's driver's license registration number must be filled in.
-58	State not registered	No state was found with the code entered. The CNH issuing state must be filled in with the code using the sgrListaUF method.
-59	It is mandatory to inform the Nationality	The professional's nationality code must be filled in. This code is returned by the sgrListNationality method.
-60	Nationality not registered	No city was found with the code entered. You must fill in the field referring to the place of birth using the code returned by the sgrListCities method.
-61	City not registered	No city was found with the code entered. The city field must be filled in using the code returned by the sgrListCities method.
-65	Issuing body not registered	No issuing body was found with the code entered. The field must be filled in using the code returned by the sgrListaOrgaoEmissorRG method.
-66	Profession not registered	No profession was found with the code entered. The field must be filled in using the code returned by the sgrListaProfissao method.
-67	Marital status not registered	Marital status was not found with the code entered. The field must be filled in using the code returned by the sgrListCivilStatus method.
-68	Residence status not registered	The residence status was not found with the code entered. The field must be filled in using the code returned by the sgrListaTiposSituacaoResidencia method.
-71	Relationship type of the personal reference not registered	The relationship type was not found with the code entered. The field must be filled in using the code returned by the sgrListaTipoRelacionamento method.
-72	Profession must be entered	The profession code must be entered. To obtain this code, use the sgrListProfession method.
-73	It is mandatory to enter the Issuing Office	You must fill in the code of the Issuing Office. To obtain this code, use the sgrListaOrgaoEmissorRG method.
-75	It is mandatory to inform the name of the personal reference.	The name of the personal reference must be filled in.
-76	The telephone number of the personal reference must be entered.	The main telephone number of the personal reference must be entered.
-77	You must enter the relationship type of the personal reference.	You must enter the relationship type of the personal reference. This code is returned by the sgrListRelationshipType method.
-78	It is mandatory to enter the city of the personal reference.	The city of the personal reference must be entered. The code is returned by the sgrListCities method.
-113	Driver with Employee Link to another company	The registered driver is already an employee of another company. Registration is not possible. In this case it is necessary to ask the account manager to validate the driver's registration.
-114	Error recording CNH information	This error may be caused by an incorrect parameter, the field to be corrected will be indicated in the returnDataset property. -121	Driver's license category entered is not valid	The driver's license category entered for the employee is invalid. You must enter 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E', 'AB', 'AC', 'AD' or 'AE'.
-122	It is compulsory to enter the date of issue of the ID card	The professional's ID card must be entered.
-123	It is mandatory to inform the expiration date of the MOPP	The driver's MOPP expiration date must be informed.
-124	Driver's license issue date must be provided.
-125	It is compulsory to inform the expiration date of the driver's CNH	You must inform the expiration date of the driver's CNH.
-126	The professional's date of birth must be provided.
-129	Driver's CPF is Invalid	You must validate that the CPF is in a valid format (CPF with 11 characters).
-132	Professional profile under the age of 18	It is not possible to register a professional under the age of 18.
-137	CNH expiration date is less than document issue date	Expiration date cannot be less than issue date. The incorrect date must be corrected.
